תיאור משרה | Executive Assistant/Financial Administrator We are looking for a service-oriented, dedicated, highly efficient, organized individual to join our team. We are a fast growing tech company. The position is full-time from home with the need to come to the Jerusalem office as needed. Responsibilities: Finance: Liaise with our financial service providers. Coordinate payroll and ensure employee timesheets are submitted on time. Process monthly expenses and other basic bookkeeping tasks. Executive Assistant: Manage the executive’s calendar and expense reports. Serve as the CEO’s ‘right hand’. |
דרישות התפקיד | At least 5 years of directly relevant experience. Fluent in Hebrew & English. Hands-on experience doing Israeli payroll and benefits, liaising with CFO/outside accountants, Keren Hishtalmut, Keren Pensia, etc. Experience as a high level Executive Assistant for a C-Level executive (ideally an Anglo executive). Availability outside usual business hours. Ability to organize busy daily workload by priority. Service-oriented attitude. Hands-on problem solver willing to dig into the details. Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment. |
